The service is only available for receiving SMS messages. Sending SMS is not possible.
We offer only unique real numbers with a full guarantee of activation of services, unlike virtual numbers, where the result of receiving SMS is unpredictable and the life of the number can be only a few minutes. In addition, many services do not support receiving SMS messages on virtual numbers.
All the numbers used are our property, you rent them to activate various services by requesting an SMS.
Pricing and payment
All services are paid. The cost of each of them is indicated in the Euro currency for one SMS.
Payment is made from the deposit of a personal account. Deposit replenishment is possible in various currencies.
Deposit policy
The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another account.
5-minute activation window
The full digits of the number will be available only after activating the selected service and debiting the amount from the client's deposit. This is done to protect the private interests of our clients from unwanted requests and data leaks. To activate the SMS receiving service, you are given 5 minutes of time, which is enough to enter the number data and receive information from the SMS. With numerous SMS activation requests, the time can be extended. You can close the activation window without waiting for a response. Information with the activation text from the SMS will be available in your personal account after receipt. For some services, the information with the code is active for an hour. Also, after this period, you can request re-activation if it has lost its relevance.
Service uniqueness guarantee
Activation of a certain service by a client from a selected number is unique. For example, if you activated Whatsapp using our service, it will no longer be available to other customers from this number. During the validity period of access to the number (30-365 days), you can request access to SMS again to reactivate Whatsapp.
SMS service matching
If one service was selected, and the requested SMS comes from another service, this will be considered a violation of the service. The client sees the notification "Invalid service used" instead of the message text. In this case, the cost of using the SMS is not refundable.
Number lifetime
The number's lifetime may be less than the specified period of 30-365 days (depending on the country), if the reasons do not depend on us. The start time of access to the number is indicated on the website.
Lawful use and prohibited activities
The service may be used only for lawful SMS verification and privacy protection purposes. Users are fully responsible for how they use the numbers and for complying with the rules and terms of any third-party service, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Google and other platforms.
The following uses are strictly prohibited: fraud, phishing, spam, impersonation, harassment, payment card testing, use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, automated or mass account creation, bypassing platform restrictions, or any other illegal or abusive activity.
If we detect abuse or receive reliable information about illegal or abusive activity, we may block the user account and restrict access to the service without prior notice. The remaining deposit is not refunded in such cases.
Deposit and digital service
Balance top-up is a prepaid digital service. After the balance is credited, the user receives immediate access to the service and may start ordering SMS activations. The deposit has no expiry date and remains available in the user account for future SMS orders, but it is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account.
If an SMS is not received within the activation window, the cost of that specific order is returned automatically to the internal account balance. The refund is made to the SMS-Box balance, not to the original card or payment method.
Correct service selection
The user must select the correct service before requesting an SMS. If one service is selected, but an SMS from another service is requested or received, this is considered incorrect use of the selected service. In this case the SMS text may be hidden and the cost of the request is not refunded.
Third-party services
SMS-Box is responsible only for receiving and displaying the SMS message if it is delivered to the selected number. We do not control WhatsApp, Telegram, Google or any other third-party service. If a third-party service rejects a code, blocks registration, requests additional verification or refuses to accept the number, this is outside the competence and responsibility of SMS-Box.
Official requests
SMS-Box may cooperate with official law enforcement or government requests where required by applicable law. Personal data is not disclosed to private persons or companies without a valid legal basis.

Deposit replenishment can take up to 10 minutes. If this does not happen, please send a request to technical support.
General questions that are not related to the technical part are ignored in the support chat.
The e-mail address specified during registration will not be transferred to third parties.
Any illegal actions using our service are prohibited! If we receive information from our security service about illegal activities, the user's account will be immediately blocked without notification of detailed reasons. The amount of the remaining deposit will not be refunded.
